Now, we could dazzle you with our team’s intellect in Exercise Science, Nutrition, and various other certifications, but more importantly, CREW CORE is a Premier Private Body Transformation Club that provides training in a supportive and energetic environment. We are passionate fitness nerds with decades of experience, which lead us to embrace a clear understanding of how to organize successful exercise and nutrition transformation programming for a diverse population.

AKA, “The Anayalator”

Who’s Your Fitness Hero:

Bruce Lee. He was humble, intelligent, loving, masterful, and could kick your mutha fu….. a$$!

Guilty Indulgence:

Dark. Organic. Chocolate.

What is your secret superpower:

I have the survival capabilities of a cockroach.

A Little About Me:

True Story, Yano was a child actor. He’s most notably recognized for his role as the bully toady, “Grover Dill”, in the 1983 film A Christmas Story, but now he is known as the “Anti-bully”—he’s fully embraced his passion for inspiring a fit life transformation in others. When you get typecast as a bully, but you’re really a lovable teddy bear, it can lead you to eat your feelings and become obese. (We’d show you a picture of Yano, “the obese years,” but those have all been burned and sent to Hades). In shedding the weight and studying everything he could about fitness, Yano gained a unique insight into individual transformation versus the one size fits all approach. Since 2001, he has helped 1000s of people with their own metamorphosis through personal training, fitness education, and nutritional consultation.

What is your secret superpower:

My super power is “My ways” can’t explain it or it’s not a secret…

 

A Little About Me:

My experience with training started after high school working with friends. Always did physical activities such as basketball and martial arts. In 2013 I began getting paid to train. I started coaching CrossFit which I worked in two CrossFit gyms in two years. I moved onto personal training and group classes for other gyms and for myself. I train myself in various domains of fitness. I constantly seek to evolve and improve myself and my clients. The goal is mastery of our body.

Abby Johnson

AKA, “The Metabolic Master”

Everything Butts and Guts!!🍑

Least favorite exercise:

Running! I would rather lift weights for 3 hours than run for 10 minutes.  I think it’s my attention span.  LOL

Who’s Your Fitness Hero:

Kristi Yamaguchi, as a former figure skater myself, she has always been my favorite athlete.

Guilty Indulgence:

Halo Top Ice Cream 🙂

What is your secret superpower:

I can make a meal out of any odd combination of ingredients if I didn’t make it to the grocery store.  I would make a great “Chopped” contestant.  LOL.

A Little About Me:

I was born and raised in Marietta Georgia and now reside very close to where I grew up with my husband and two kids. I am devoted to helping others reach their full health potential through healthy eating and lifestyle habits. I started my career in the health and fitness field as a certified personal trainer, graduating from Indiana University with a degree in Kinesiology in 2005. My passion for health and wellness led me to pursue a career as a dietitian completing my Master’s Degree in Dietetics in 2014 from Georgia State University. I am the founder of Harmony Nutrition, which consists of a gifted group of dietitians who work on the core beliefs that “a body in harmony performs at its best”.

I also have a strong passion for kids. As a mom, I understand how difficult it can be sometimes to simply get your kids to eat healthy. I have conducted seminars on “Raising Healthy Eaters” and “Eating Healthy on Budget”.

I also have extensive experience working with a variety of clients including young children to retired NFL athletes and am extremely knowledgeable on a range of topics including GI related conditions, cardiometabolic health, food sensitivities/allergies/intolerances, weight loss and more.

I would love the opportunity to help you through your struggles and plateaus to ultimately give you tools to last a life time. I look forward to meeting you soon.
