A movement screening is for Small Crew (Semi-Private) memberships to determine your current level of:
A walk through of our facility, and an explanation of what your process will look like every time you come to exercise. We want you to feel at home.
On-Point Sessions every 6 to 8 weeks to check on your progress:
Comprehensive dialogue about your results
Refine the current meal plan if needed
And, set new goals for the next 6-8 weeks to keep you on track
We are passionate about tracking your progress with you, which is why we use a unique process for our benchmark system. When it is time to follow up together, you will be scheduled for another full body analysis, 8 to 12 weeks out to make sure you are progressing and to make any adjustments if needed.
